Facemelter is now available at Interpunk and Vinyl Collective.  It should be available at All That Is Heavy sometime in the near future as well.  Though you can always just buy it in our webstore of course.  Also, you can get all Now Denial vinyl for only $20, including shipping!  Just check out the webstore, that deal won’t be up for too long.

Anyway, we’re just tightening up all of our new material, and planning to go into the studio in mid-July to record it.  We probably won’t be playing a lot of shows until after we record, there’s one being set up now for July but that’ll probably be all.  Then we’ll be playing around more after that.  After which we’ll probably try to take over the world.

So I’m told that our show on June 11th at O’Brien’s in Allston very well might sell out before the show.  So if you want to come, you may want to get tickets in advance, you can buy from TicketWeb.  This show should be pretty fucking rad.  Phantom Glue, Indian, and Finisher are the other bands that are playing.

Anyway, we’ve been working out some new material, most of which we’ll be breaking out for this show.  Then looking into recording in the near future.  Great things will be happening.

Our good friend Dave Dolan just sent me a bunch of photos that he’d taken at the recent O’Briens shows and developed/digitized.  I put up a good selection of them on the multimedia page, so go check ‘em out.

We had some new shirts printed up the other day, a small run this time.  You can pick one up in the webstore.  We also have some more shows coming up, so check that out as well.  More news soon.

We played our first record-release show this past weekend in Allston, which was also coincidentally our seven-year anniversary as a band, and our first show with our new drummer, Dino.  We’ve got two more shows booked this month, the last two Saturdays in Providence and Allston, respectively.  More to come on that front.  We’ve been demo-ing new songs, and we’ll be thinking about getting those recorded in the not-too-distant future as well.

I just updated the multimedia page with a new photo gallery to replace the outdated shit that was there before.  Check it out.  More updates around the site soon as well.

We’ve got a handful of show booked in April so far.  Two in Allston, one in Providence.  All awesome shows.  And more to come in other areas, so check back for show updates.  We’ll have “Facemelter” CD’s and Vinyl available at all shows.

We’ve been working diligently on new material, and you may hear some of that soon.  Definitely if you come to those shows.

Also, I’ve updated the multimedia page with a new audio player to replace the out-dated plain mp3 links.

A lot has happened in the past few months.  First, John is no longer in the band.  We’ve been playing together for a long time, but due to some personal problems, he’s not going to be able to be a part of Now Denial any longer.  Our good friend Brian Donovan (formerly of Desert Sea, and more recently of Old People) is playing drums for us now, and we’re stoked.  We’ve been playing with him for a little over a month, and we’re playing tight, and working on new material.  Expect to see us live very soon.

Facemelter is FINALLY done!  The LP jackets came in and all the vinyl has been assembled, and it looks awesome!  You can order both the CD and LP versions of Facemelter in the merch section of the site.  You can also get it from the labels that put it out, as well as independent record stores soon.  We’ll be playing a few record release shows in the area (most likely Lowell, Boston, Providence).  And then we’ll be playing some more shows and working on new material.

Though we’ve gone through long periods of stagnancy in the past few years, that ends now.  We’re back, and I assure you, you’ll see us soon.

Lastly, there are some package deals up in the webstore as well… you can get all our vinyl (both LP’s and the 7″) for $20, including shipping.  Or get a copy of the “Power to the Mountain” CD for only $2 more when you order the “Facemelter” CD.  Check out the webstore.

Facemelter is available now in the merch section in CD and digital formats. The CD’s are also available from Tor Johnson Records, and should be in your local independent record store soon. The vinyl itsself is done, we’re just working on getting the packaging together still. It’d probably be done already, but we’re trying to do something kind of extravagant, so it’s taking a little longer. I’ll post an update once that’s finished.

We’ve been working on finishing up the handful of new songs we’ve got and thinking about our next release. Though we haven’t been able to work on things in a few weeks due to our schedules. With any luck we’ll be back at it after the holidays.

Once the vinyl is released, the plan is still to do a few record release shows. Most likely in Boston, Lowell, and Providence. But we’ll deal with that when the time comes. Check back soon for more news on all these things. And go grab Facemelter in the webstore if you haven’t yet. If you get it now, you can also get Power to the Mountain for only two bucks more!

Paul came up to Lowell last night to hang out and bring us “Facemelter” CD’s!  So we finally have them in our hands.  We also have awesome posters.  Here is what the CD’s look like:  inside, outside.  And here is what the poster looks like.  You can head over to the webstore to order the CD and the digital download versions of the album.  Also, right now, if you buy a copy of the “Facemelter” CD, you can add a “Power to the Mountain” CD for only two bucks!

And don’t fret, the vinyl will be ready soon.

Facemelter CD’s are in!  You can buy them from Tor Johnson in their webstore.  We’ll have our copies soon, so I’ll be adding them to the merch section, as well as the option of buying a digital download of the album.  Vinyl packaging will be done soon.
